When choosing prepayment we dispatch the goods only after receiving payment. You will find our bank account data (1) on the overview page, which is displayed after completion of the order and (2) in the order confirmation email, which you will receive immediately after completing the order.
If we have not received the due payment within 2 weeks after ordering despite sending you a reminder, we will withdraw from the purchase contract by e-mail. In this case, the order is invalid for both parties and finalized without further consequences.
Refunding for payment in advance
We will credit the account from which we received the original payment. The credit will be transferred to your account within one working day after the initial transfer.
