For returns from EU countries, you can easily generate a free return label via our returns portal: Returns portal

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer this service for returns from non-EU countries.

However, if it is a warranty case, you can contact our customer service by e-mail (service@somnishop.co.uk). He will then decide whether it is necessary for you to return the goods to us. If so, you will of course receive a free return label from us.

Please note that you can only return personal hygiene products such as mandibular advancement devices, nasal dilators, CPAP masks or mouthpieces if the hygiene seal has not been removed yet.

There is an exception to this rule for articles for which you have purchased an can be purchased as a fee-based Extra Package which provides you with an the optional 30-Day trial right (e.g. somnipax guard (standard / large)). In this case we will refund the full purchase price minus the costs for the extra package if you return the goods within 30 days after reception.
