Instructions for use

Not suitable for positional snoring (also known as tongue base snoring) or sleep apnoea.
Keep out of reach of small children. The pump contains small parts.

Instruction manual

The Asonor solution should be used every evening before going to bed. Tilt your head back, ideally while lying down, and spray 4–6 times into each nostril until you feel the solution in your throat. For best results, it’s important the solution reaches and settles on the mucous membrane. Results may not always be seen immediately. We recommend consistent use of the solution until you achieve the desired result; this is normally within approx. two weeks. Asonor should be used every evening and is ideal as a long-term treatment.
