Application
Place the Snorflex GAUMFIT palate trainer in your mouth. More detailed information regarding the exact positioning of the palate trainer can be found in the enclosed instructions. Keep the Snorflex GAUMFIT palate trainer in the recommended position for 30 minutes a day. You can split these 30 minutes into a maximum of 6 periods of 5 minutes each.To increase the training effect of the palate trainer, you can perform additional exercises to strengthen your tongue muscles that do not involve the Snorflex GAUMFIT palate trainer. Suitable exercises are described in the enclosed instructions.
It is recommended that the Snorflex GAUMFIT palate trainer be cleaned with a toothbrush and toothpaste and then rinsed under running water every day.
Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, this product is delivered in sealed hygienic packaging. You are therefore NOT able to return the product if the sealed hygienic packaging has been unwrapped. Provided the sealed packaging is unopened, you have the option to return the product to us within 30 days of receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights, most notably with regard to product defects.

Using the Snorflex GAUMFIT palate trainer may lead to increased salivation. This effect is needed in order to bring about more frequent swallowing, which helps with muscle development in the palate and throat area.
The Snorflex GAUMFIT palate trainer must not be placed in very hot or boiling water or washed in the dishwasher, as this could distort the shape and impair the functioning of the trainer.
The device may be unsuitable if any of the following apply:
- If you have a strong gag reflex
- If you have loose teeth, you should only use the Snorflex GAUMFIT palate trainer with the approval of your dentist
- If you know of any allergies to dental plastics, and in particular to Pebax° 3533. It is extremely unlikely that an allergy will first appear due to contact with the Pebax° 3533 used in the device. Signs of an allergic reaction include a burning feeling and reddening of the mucous membranes in the mouth. If these symptoms occur, remove the palate trainer from your mouth immediately. The symptoms will then usually disappear very quickly. If symptoms persist for more than 24 hours, please consult a doctor.
Side effects:
- When you first start using the device, you may experience a sore throat due to muscle soreness in the area of the soft palate, which will usually disappear within a week.
- Inflammations in the oral cavity may occur as a result of incorrect or irregular cleaning of the palate trainer. In order to prevent this, make sure to follow the cleaning instructions and replace the palate trainer after 6 months, or after a year at the very latest.
