Application
Snoring is often positional, this means it only occurs when you lie on your back. In such cases the PosiForm Anti-Snoring Pillow is an optimal solution. It encourages your head to move into to a lateral position, because you sleep on your side as a result, you automatically stop snoring. If you always snore with your mouth open, the snoring may be caused by vibrating palatal tissue. This occurs regardless of your sleeping position and therefore cannot be prevented by the anti snore pillow. In this case it is better to use an anti-snoring mouthpiece such as somnipax. If your snoring is caused by poor nasal breathing, the snoring pillow cannot help you in this instance, either. In this case, there are various nasal dilators that you can use to ameliorate your snoring.Return Policy

Lie down with with your cheek on the anti-snore pillow and lean your head against the forehead support. The special shape of the pillow prevents you from sleeping on your back.
