I accidentally transferred twice / too much. How do I get my money back?

We will uncomplicatedly check this for you.

Required information
We need the following information from you:
– invoice number
– The data of the transfer, in particular the reason for transfer, name of the account holder and the last 5 digits of the account number used to make the transfer.

The quickest way is to send us a screenshot or bank statement of the transfer in question (this can be generated easily in any online banking account). Of course, you can black out or remove unnecessary information.

Return transfer / processing time
After successful verification, we will transfer the money back to the account from which it was transferred. For security reasons it is not possible for us to transfer the money back to another account. Our processing time for the check is about 3-5 working days.
