Please make sure that you enclose the outgoing invoice and the completed and signed customs forms to the outside of the shipping box. The costs of the return shipment will be carried by you, unless in a warranty case. In this case we will bear the costs of the return.

For returns from EU countries, you can easily generate a free returns label via our returns portal. Please enclose the invoice (or a copy of the invoice) with the parcel for quick allocation.

Please note that you can only return personal hygiene products such as mandibular advancement devices, nasal dilators, CPAP masks or mouthpieces if the hygiene seal has not been removed yet.

There is an exception to this rule for articles for which you have purchased an can be purchased as a fee-based Extra Package which provides you with an the optional 30-Day trial right (e.g. somnipax guard (standard / large)). In this case we will refund the full purchase price minus the costs for the extra package if you return the goods within 30 days after reception.
