We process and refund returns within 1-2 working days after receiving the goods. The refund will be assigned to the same method of payment you used when you placing your order. You will always receive a cancellation/refund confirmation from us. The refund method differs according to the payment method used when ordering:

PayPal
The refunded amount will be credited to the PayPal account that was used for the order. You can then transfer the credited amount to your bank account or leave it on the PayPal account.

Credit card
The refund will be credited to the credit card that was used for the original payment. Please note that it may take several business days before the refunded amount is credited back to your credit card account. Unfortunately we have no influence on this.

Prepayment
We will transfer the credit to the bank account from which we received the original payment. For security reasons, it is not possible to transfer to another bank account. The credit will be credited to your account within one working day after the transfer.
