We do not consider positional therapy devices to be personal care or hygiene products and, thus, they are not sealed. This means that you can return your positional therapy device within 30 days of receipt. However, should the returned item be dirty, stained or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of cleaning or the replacement of spare part from the refunded value. Furthermore, in the event of the presence of unremovable stains or irreparable damage, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
