Depending on how many loyalty points you have already collected, you will be assigned to a certain loyalty tier.
The tiers are “Bronze”, “Silver” and “Gold”. For reaching a higher tier there is always a one‑off promotion, such as an attractive voucher. In addition, there are occasional promotions, such as double points, in which only customers at a certain level can participate. Here is an overview of what you receive when you reach the next customer level:
– Bronze Tier (0–249 points): 100 welcome points
– Silver Tier (250–499 points): 10% voucher (valid for 6 months)
– Gold Tier (from 500 points): 20% voucher (valid for 6 months)
