You receive loyalty points for every successful order at SomniShop. Each full £ or full € of the purchase value (excl. shipping costs) corresponds to one loyalty point. A prerequisite for collecting points is that you have a customer account and are signed in.

The order is deemed successful when it has been paid for in full and no return has been made. If the order is cancelled after purchase, the points will automatically be deducted and you may slip back to the previous customer tier. Any rewards you may have received for the purchase, such as vouchers for reaching the next loyalty tier, will be withdrawn in this case.
