Can I cancel my order if it has not been shipped yet?

Yes, of course. The fastest way to do this is by sending us an e-mail to service@somnishop.co.uk. We will then check immediately whether a cancellation is still possible. In any case you will be informed.

If a cancellation is not possible, you can either refuse to accept the delivery or return the package to us after reception within the 30-day return policy.
