Our company is located in Germany; therefore we ship your order from Germany to its destination. Please note that due to Brexit, special VAT rules may apply to shipments to the UK. 
 
< £ 135 net order value: VAT will be charged at the point of sale. 

> £ 135 net order value: You will have to pay VAT to the delivery company (e.g. Royal Mail, Parcelforce) either before the goods are delivered or when you collect them. The delivery company will send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay. They will normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you have not paid the bill within this time, your parcel will be returned to us. 
 
It is important to bear in mind that the £135 threshold applies to the value of the consignment, not to each individual item within the consignment. Shipping costs are excluded from this threshold and are displayed separately on the invoice.
