As a rule of thumb, 10 healthy teeth should be present on the upper as well as the lower jaw, so that the MAD fits well. Different considerations need to be taken into account with different types of dental prostheses, such as removable telescopic dentures or permanent implant bridges. If you have permanent implant bridges, then the SomnoFit-S should still fit firmly enough. However, in the case of removable telescope dentures, this can most likely not be guaranteed.
