These MADs only come in one size exists only one size (somnipax Guard, SnorBan, SomnoFit-S etc.) . The sizing however varies from one MAD to another.

This way one can determine if the respective MAD will fit one’s bite:

Cut a square from a thick, clean cardboard box, just big enough to fit in your mouth and cover your teeth. Place the piece of cardboard in your mouth and bite down on it once. The imprint of your bite should now be clearly visible on the cardboard. Now you can measure the length and width of your impression with a ruler. Then compare these measurements with the width and length of the MAD in the “Technical Data” section. The length and width of the MAD should be at least 1 mm larger than the respective length and width of your impression. If this is the case, then it is suitable for your jaw size.
