You are welcome to test and return our pillows within 30 days of receipt. We have not classified CPAP pillows as personal hygiene products. We kindly ask you, however, not to remove any protective cover or not to use your own pillow case while you try it out. Should you returned the pillow in a heavily stained condition (e.g., stubborn or difficult to remove stains or discolourations), we reserve the right to charge you for any cleaning or replacement costs.
