What could be the reason that a tensioning band cannot be properly fastened or affixed to the hook attachment? Is it possible for this to be rectified individually or is this the result of a manufacturing defect?

Unfortunately, it is on occasion possible that – during the moulding process – the thermoplastic material can impede access to the attachment hooks for the tensioning bands.
