SomnoSept is a highly effective CPAP cleaner that has been specially designed for use on silicone surfaces and medical-grade plastic. The concentrated formula means that the cleaner can be used extremely sparingly and cleans your CPAP components gently and thoroughly. A 400 ml bottle lasts for over 80 cleans. The cleaner is easy to rinse off without leaving any residue. SomnoSept is a class I medical device, is dermatologically tested and has a skin-friendly pH value of 5.5. It also has a very pleasant yet subtle fragrance.
Why does the CPAP equipment need to be regularly cleaned?
In CPAP therapy, device and mask hygiene is often overlooked. Patients often simply don’t have the necessary knowledge about the topic.
This can be dangerous, as in a worst-case scenario, insufficient hygiene can lead to skin reactions on the face, impair the functionality of the CPAP device or cause the CPAP mask to wear prematurely.

Add 1 teaspoon of the cleaner (approx. 5ml) to 2-3 liters of lukewarm water (approx. 40°). Immerse respiratory mask, respiratory hose / hoses or other accessories made of plastic or silicone and allow them to soak for a short time. Remove residues with a soft brush.
