Application
Snoring can have various causes. Many products such as nasal dilators or plasters only help effectively if the cause of snoring is that you have trouble breathing through your nose. If these products do nothing for you, you may be suffering from narrowed airways in the throat area. This is exactly where SomnoGuard SPX comes in. This is because SomnoGuard SPX pushes your lower jaw forward, thereby keeping your airways clear. If your snoring is not due to restricted nasal breathing or narrowed airways in the throat area, the cause of snoring could be vibrating tissue in the palate area. This occurs when you breathe through your mouth at night. In this case, instead of a mandibular advancement device for snoring, you should consider an anti-snoring mouth guard. This is a more effective way of preventing the tissue in the throat from vibrating.Return Policy

Instruction manual
The upper and lower mouthpiece consist of a hard outer shell and thermoplastic material that can be customised to fit your bite perfectly. To do this, heat the MAD in a water bath. By biting on it and then cooling it in cold water, the material can be shaped to fit your bite precisely. The same principle is used to adjust the width of the mouthpiece. A slot mechanism in the front centre of the mouthpiece allows it to be adapted to fit your individual jaw size by squeezing it together or pulling it apart when heated.
You can clean your anti-snoring MAD with mild soap and lukewarm water. Alternatively, put some mouthwash in a cup and clean the MAD in this solution using a toothbrush. After one minute at the latest, remove the MAD from the liquid and rinse it with clear water. For optimal cleaning, you can use special cleaning tablets or gels (such as BonyPlus tablets or Curaprox cleaners). Never use toothpaste or normal denture cleaners for cleaning! The ingredients may damage the surface of the MAD.
