Product description
somnipax Electronic Positioning Belt vibrates when sleeping on your back. This enables the active RLV therapy training (postion dependent snoring therapy).
The vibration only stops when you turn over onto your side or stomach. Once the vibrations stop you can sleep peacefully on your side. After just a few nights of wearing the somnipax electronic positioning belt the side position is trained to the natural sleeping position.
The vibration intensity can be individually regulated.
The somnipax belt hardly takes up any space and can therefore be carried comfortably in your luggage. It can also be used without a belt, the two fastening clips can be attached directly to your pajamas.

INDICATION
Can be used for position-dependent snoring (snoring that occurs when you sleep on your back)
Can be used to prevent position-dependent apnoeas (apnoeas that occur when you sleep on your back), after consultation with your doctor.
CONTRAINDICATION
Not suitable if:
– you have a pacemaker,
– You suffer from spinal complaints or positional vertigo,
– You are currently recovering from a spinal disc surgery,
– you suffer from sleep apnoea that also occurs when you sleep on your side.
In case of pregnancy please only use after you have consulted with a doctor.

It helps you to sleep in on your stomach or your side and thus addresses the cause of your snoring. However, if you only snore with your mouth open, the cause is independent of the position you sleep in. In this case your snoring is caused by vibrating palatal tissue and therefore cannot be prevented with the somnipax Belt.
