Product description

Due to the rectangular shape of the integrated back padding, you cannot roll onto your back at night – this automatically prevents one of the main causes of snoring.
Pleasant: Adapts to your body optimally, ensures maximum comfort through its snug fit and does not disturb you when you sleep. Due to the curved back padding it supports your back. No perspiration
thanks to air channels in the back padding.
The vest is made of velvety soft, breathable material which can stretch. Very soft Velcro fastening.
Training effect: By wearing the vest regularly, you adapt to sleeping on your side within 3-6 months. Thereafter there is no need to wear the waistcoat.

Application

Snoring is often positional, so it only occurs when lying on your back. In such cases the Nachtwaechter Anti-Snoring Position Trainer is an optimal solution. It encourages your head to move into to a lateral position, because you sleep on your side as a result, you automatically stop snoring. If you snore with your mouth open, the snoring may be caused by vibrating palatal tissue. This occurs regardless of the position you sleep in and therefore cannot be prevented with an the anti-snoring position trainer. In this case it is better to use a anti-snoring mouth guard. In addition if your snoring is caused by poor nasal breathing, the anti-snoring backpack will also be of no help to you. In this case there are different nasal dilators that you can use.

Instructions for use

Do not use the Nachtwaechter Anti-Snoring Positional Trainer if you suffer from spinal problems, are convalescencing after intervertebral disc surgery, suffer from positional vertigo or position-independent sleep apnoea syndrome and its associated arousal reactions that also occur when you sleep on your side or your stomach or suffer from allergies to polyamides, polyester or spandex.

Instruction manual

Before going to bed, wear the Nachtwächter anti-snoring vest like a waistcoat and fasten it with the soft Velcro fastening. The vest with its back padding automatically prevents you from sleeping on your back. You can simply place the positional therapy vest on a hand wash cycle at 30°C in the washing machine. First take the foam padding out, before washing the vest!
