  • Outstanding fit: Thanks to its sophisticated design, it fits most patients well. Particularly good seal prevents leaks.
  • No pressure marks or leaks: The upper straps of the headgear are wrapped in a microfibre-like material which prevents pressure marks on the face. The mask cushion consists of two zones: The lower zone is made of polished material for better grip and seal even under high pressure, and the upper zone has a matt silicone surface for superior comfort
  • Top comfort: Headband made of particularly soft textile fabric, adjustable in several places. Hose / tube can rotate 360 degrees and can also be moved up and down: this reduces tugging on the hose / tube. The hose / tube is easily released thanks to a quick release clip.

Product description

Especially suitable: If you breathe through your mouth at night, are claustrophobic or suffer from restricted nasal breathing. The F20 is the successor of the F10 and sports a series of improved product features:
Excellent fit: Thanks to its well thought-out design, this mask fits most patients well. Seals particularly well and prevents leakage.
Quick & easy: The clips work with magnetic technology – which makes the mask easy to put on and take off. Mask consists of few parts – therefore it’s very easy to take apart and clean.

No pressure marks & leaks: The Upper face headbands are wrapped in microfibre-like material – which prevent pressure marks on the face. The mask cushion consists of two zones: The lower zone is made of polished material for better adherence and the top seals even under high pressure, while the upper zone is made of a matt silicone surface for superb comfort.
Superb comfort: Headgear made of particularly soft textile fabric, adjustable in several places. Hose / tube connection can be rotated 360 degrees and can also be moved up and down: reduces tugging on the tube. Tube is very easy to release with a quick release clip: so you can quickly go to the toilet at night without having to take off the mask.
Personalised: Mask is available in three different sizes for men (S, M and L) and for women (“For Her”) in sizes S and M. Please consult our size advisor to select the right size for you.
SomniShop-Set: Comes as a set from SomniShop and includes our informative guide about snoring – at no extra costs for you! The NHS also recommend CPAP therapy for sleep apnoea.

Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, this product is delivered in sealed hygienic packaging. You are therefore NOT able to return the product if the sealed hygienic packaging has been unwrapped. Provided the sealed packaging is unopened, you have the option to return the product to us within 30 days of receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights, most notably with regard to product defects.

You can find further details of your right to return goods in our GTC.

Instructions for use

CPAP masks are wear parts. The service life of a CPAP mask is therefore 5 to 6 months. Usual wear and tear, particularly of mask cushions (e.g. a tear in the mask cushion after 3 months of use) or head straps (baggy strap after several months of use) does not constitute a material defect.

Due to the production methods used, CPAP masks may smell of plastic or silicone. If this smell does not evaporate after initial use, it often helps to clean the CPAP mask under fresh water (with the addition of SomnoSept, if necessary) and to leave to dry.

Warning

The mask contains magnets with a magnetic field strength of up to 400 mT. Make sure that the magnets are kept at least 15 cm away from implants or medical devices that could be negatively affected by magnetic interferences. This warning applies to you and to all persons who come into close physical contact with your mask. The magnets are located inside the frame and inside the bottom head strap clips, and have a magnetic field strength of up to 400 mT. When you are wearing the mask, these magnets attach to one another to secure the mask, but may accidentally come loose as you sleep.

Implants/medical devices, including those listed under contraindications, may be negatively affected if their functioning changes when exposed to extreme magnetic fields, or may contain ferromagnetic materials that are attracted or repelled by magnetic fields (some metallic implants, e.g. contact lenses that contain metal, dental implants, metallic cranium plates, screws, drilled hole covers and bone replacement fixtures). Contact your physician and the manufacture of your implant/other medical device for information about the possible harmful effects of magnetic fields.

Contraindications

Active medical implants that interact with magnets, e.g.:
  • Pacemakers
  • Implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs)
  • Neurostimulators
  • Shunts for the outflow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)
  • Insulin infusion pumps
Metallic implants/objects that contain ferromagnetic materials, e.g.:
  • Clips for the treatment of aneurysms or to stop blood flow
  • Spirals for the treatment of embolisms
  • Stents
  • Valves/flaps
  • Electrodes
  • Implants to restore hearing or balance that contain implanted magnets
  • Metal splinters in the eye
  • Eye implants
