The SomnoGuard AP 2 is especially suitable for larger jaws (width 69 mm, measured from outer edge to outer of the posterior portion of the MAD). This also applies to the SomnoGuard SP Soft (width 65 mm). We have had especially good experiences with the SomnoGuard AP 2 , and can therefore highly recommend this MAD. You should, however, first measure and verify whether this MAD is suitable for you.

The SomnoGuard AP 2 (6,9 cm in width) or the SomnoGuard SP Soft (6,5 cm in width) are most suitable for larger jaws, and are the broadest MADs in our assortment. In the event that the width specifications are still too limited for you, it is recommended that you have a MAD specially customised by a doctor.
