Product description
Effective for snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnoea. The anti-snoring mouthpiece is worn while you sleep. Opens your airways by gently pushing your lower jaw forward, thus preventing narrowed or blocked airways, which are one of the main causes of snoring. It thus ensures peaceful nights, free from snoring. 8 different levels of mandibular advancement (from an average of +0 mm to +12 mm) can be set by means of tensioning bands. Highly flexible mandibular advancement device, customised to your bite in the – comfort of your home by means of a warm water bath. Remouldable multiple times. By customising the MAD to your bite, it provides a perfect fit and maximum comfort. Thanks to its ultra-slim and elegant design, it is significantly flatter than its predecessor the SomnoFit. This makes it even more comfortable to wear, as there is significantly less material in the mouth. Made in Switzerland from high-quality, stable medical grade plastic, free of plasticizers. Included in delivery: Thermometer and bite fork for fitting, blue ventilated plastic storage box.

Application
Snoring can have several causes. Many products such as nasal dilators or plasters only help effectively if your snoring is a result of an insufficiency of air through your nose. If these products don't work for you, you may suffer from narrowed airways in the throat area. This is where SomnoFit-S comes in. SomnoFit-S will push your lower jaw forward, widening and stabilising your airways. If your snoring is not caused by restricted nasal breathing or narrowing of the airways in your throat, your snoring may be caused by vibrating tissue in your palate. This occurs when you breathe though you mouth at night. In this case you should consider an anti-snoring mouth guard instead of an mandibular advancement device (MAD). This is better suited to prevent vibrating tissue. Narrowing of the upper respiratory airways, not only occurs when you sleep on your back, but in any position. SomnoFit-S alleviates snoring that occurs as a result. The MAD is therefore also suitable for cases where positional therapy (e.g. an ant-snoring T-shirt, an anti-snoring backpack or a special pillow) cannot provide any relief.Return Policy
