Application
Snoring is often positional, so it only occurs when lying on your back. In such cases the SomnoCushion Pro Anti-Snoring Backpack is a good solution. It encourages your head to move into to a lateral position, because you sleep on your side as a result, you automatically stop snoring. If you snore with your mouth open, the snoring may be caused by vibrating palatal tissue. This occurs regardless of the position you sleep in and therefore cannot be prevented with an the anti-snoring backpack. In this case it is better to use a anti-snoring mouth guard. In addition if your snoring is caused by poor nasal breathing, the anti-snoring backpack will also be of no help to you. In this case there are different nasal dilators that you can use.Return Policy

Instructions for use

Insert the cushion into the pocket on the back of the backpack pocket and zip it closed. Slip the sleeping backback over your shoulders like a normal backpack and adjust the straps of the SomnoCushion Pro so that thecushion aligned as closely and as tight as possible to the centre of your back. Flip the cover flap over the buckled waist belt to prevent bedding or clothing from sticking to the velcro strip. If necessary, clean the backpack with a damp cloth. If you want to clean the inner pillow case, remove the filling first and then wash the case at 30 to 40 degrees by hand.
