Product description

Löwenstein JULIA – proven design taken further

JULIA – Building on a proven track record

The Löwenstein JULIA Nasal Mask is a CPAP mask that offers more. It combines proven elements with new possibilities in terms of everyday practicality, comfort and sustainability – for sleep without compromise.

For the cushion of the JULIA CPAP mask, Löwenstein has deliberately chosen the successful design that has been used for many years in the CARA nasal mask. It gently conforms to the contours of your nose and supports a reliable seal, helping to prevent annoying leaks.

The integrated exhalation system delivers the familiar Löwenstein quality, ensuring low noise and gentle, diffuse dispersal of exhaled air, so neither you nor your bed partner will be disturbed.

Unlike its predecessors, however, the Löwenstein JULIA deliberately does without a forehead support. This gives you a completely clear field of vision, so you can easily read, watch TV or scroll on your smartphone before going to sleep – even if you wear glasses.

JULIA – Building on a proven track record

Löwenstein JULIA – Perfect for side sleepers

Stable and comfortable fit – perfect for side sleepers

Löwenstein JULIA – Perfect for side sleepers

The ergonomically shaped frame of the JULIA Nasal Mask ensures a stable fit with minimal skin contact. For maximum comfort, it is also covered with soft padding, helping to prevent pressure marks and skin irritation. This makes JULIA an excellent choice for CPAP users with sensitive skin and for side sleepers.

The mask frame closes with a handy clip system in a single click and opens again with light pressure. The big advantage: the system works entirely without magnets, making it suitable for people with pacemakers or other implants. At the same time, it is so easy and intuitive to handle that putting the mask on or taking it off takes just seconds, even in the dark.

Thanks to the wide range of adjustment options on the headgear, the Löwenstein JULIA can be precisely adapted to almost any head shape.

Flexible hose – for maximum freedom of movement

Löwenstein JULIA – Flexible mask hose

For undisturbed sleep, the JULIA mask features a thin, flexible short hose that noticeably reduces pulling on the mask during the night. You can move freely in your sleep – the mask stays securely in place.

Thanks to the practical click system on the elbow and at the connection to the standard CPAP hose, the mask can be quickly and easily disconnected from the machine with a single click whenever needed.

More information

CPAP masks are wear parts. The service life of a CPAP mask is therefore 5 to 6 months. Usual wear and tear, particularly of mask cushions (e.g. a tear in the mask cushion after 3 months of use) or head straps (baggy strap after several months of use) does not constitute a material defect.

Due to the production methods used, CPAP masks may smell of plastic or silicone. If this smell does not evaporate after initial use, it often helps to clean the CPAP mask under fresh water (with the addition of SomnoSept, if necessary) and to leave to dry.
